I shared my thoughts on the book Get Rich Lucky Bitch<\/a> with a lot of enthusiasm. I did the exercises from the book while reading it. The ones that helped me the most were the ones about my old money wounds<\/strong> (even though I thought I didn\u2019t have any\u2026 I eventually realized that I had never truly forgotten about them).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Becoming aware of these financial and psychological limitations that I had created for myself<\/strong> felt incredibly freeing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since then, I have been doing two things every single day:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. I handwrite my goals: they are very factual and specific, with actual numbers;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. I do money tracking<\/em>, meaning I write down every single inflow of money, including gifts, free lunches, and discounts.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    At first, my list of goals was very, very long.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    But over time, I realized that some of my goals were not actually aligned with who I am. I would often forget about them and find myself asking: \u201cWait, what was goal number 8 again?\u201d<\/em> Others didn\u2019t make me feel anything at all when I wrote them down. Literally nothing. I would imagine how I would feel once I achieved them, and the answer was\u2026 empty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    During the first few weeks, my list changed from one day to the next.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    But by writing my goals and doing my money tracking<\/em> every day, I realized three things:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. The universe is constantly sending me signs that it is taking care of me, but I simply wasn\u2019t noticing them before. I checked all the affiliate websites and cashback websites<\/a> where I had created accounts, and I discovered that there was money sitting there that I had forgotten to claim. These were only small amounts, but I have learned to appreciate every single cent. Money tracking<\/em> makes me feel really good because every time I have a new line to add, I get super, super<\/em> excited!<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. By looking at my financial goals every day, I ask myself every morning what small action I can take today to move closer to them. I have implemented tiny actions<\/strong>, but I do them every single day. Thinking about my goals daily helps me stay focused<\/strong> on what truly matters. At the same time, I leave the universe completely free to send me money in any way it wants.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. This method is different from all the other Law of Attraction methods because, for the first time, I was forced to reprogram my money beliefs<\/strong>. I thought I already had a healthy mindset around money, but by doing the exercises, I realized there was still a lot to work on. And by carrying my old money beliefs with me, I wasn\u2019t going to attract a different future.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      The results were immediate<\/strong>: the day after I finished reading, a few small amounts of money came in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      After that, we had unexpected financial opportunities, including a partnership with a camera brand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Right after that, JB and I both got sick, and our scooter broke down.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The natural reaction would have been to think: \u201cI was too greedy, I got more than I deserved, I need to stop.\u201d<\/em> Thankfully, the author talks about this in the book: our \u201cold self\u201d resists change and tries to sabotage our progress. I stayed strong and continued filling out my two documents every single day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      3-month results<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      I won\u2019t reveal the exact goals I wrote down because everyone\u2019s situation is different. But let\u2019s say I had a goal of X \u20ac<\/strong>. Despite how specific my goals were, opportunities came in many different forms: money, but also gifts, discounts, and gift cards.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
